Instructions:
Enter this client alert after a client has an absence or cancellation to monitor # of absences and cancellations.

This alert is created & updated based on the Appointment & Cancellation Policy timeline.
NOTE: If a client is placed on an Alternative Scheduling Plan, the Appointment & Cancellation Alert ends, and the Alternative Scheduling Plan Alert is created.
Alternative Scheduling Plans” Alert:
Enter this client alert to identify that a client has been placed on an alternative scheduling plan. The “start date” reflects the date the Alternative Scheduling Plan began. This is how we monitor if a client has not completed a session within 30 days.

This alert is created & updated based on the Appointment & Cancellation Policy timeline.
NOTE: When a client fully completes their Alternative Scheduling Plan, this alert ends on the date it was determined they can resume regular scheduling. If a client has not fully completed their Alternative Scheduling Plan and/or has not completed a session within 30 days of their Alternative Scheduling Plan start date, this alert ends in Evolv due to client discharge.
