This article will explain how to enter a School-Based Client Alert

Important Notes:

  • Enter this alert at the time a school-based clinician is assigned a school-based client. 
  • The School-Based Client Alert is entered and ended by the School-Based Director or designated staff. 
  • This client alert ends at the time a client completes school-based counseling services. 
  • School-Based Client Alerts are displayed with this icon

Instructions:

  1. In Evolv, Navigate to Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Alerts/Restriction


     2. Select "Add New"

     3. Choose School-Based Client event from Alert list 




  • 4. Complete form
