This article will explain how to enter a School-Based Client Alert
Important Notes:
- Enter this alert at the time a school-based clinician is assigned a school-based client.
- The School-Based Client Alert is entered and ended by the School-Based Director or designated staff.
- This client alert ends at the time a client completes school-based counseling services.
- School-Based Client Alerts are displayed with this icon
Instructions:
- In Evolv, Navigate to Client > Client Information > Critical Information > Alerts/Restriction
2. Select "Add New"
3. Choose School-Based Client event from Alert list
- 4. Complete form
