Evolv Widgets/Homeview
This article will assist on how to set up, customize, and utilize Evolv widgets to provide convenient access to clients and to areas of the system you work with every day.
Important Notes:
- Please read through all important information before continuing with this article
- myEvolv Homeview displays information pertinent to your role within the organization; not all staff will see the same information
- Depending on your security settings and role, you may not have access to all widgets in myEvolv.
About Homeview widgets:- Widgets on the myEvolv Homeview display information pertinent to your role within the organization and provide convenient access to clients and to areas of the system you work with every day.
- Select icons and links in widgets to open forms and complete tasks or review reports.
- Access your tasks and other important information in widgets on the Homeview.
- View information
- see a to-do list
- perform tasks such as review alerts sent to you.
- Widgets list items that need your attention and include icons and links to forms where you can update information and perform related tasks, such as entering a progress note.
- You can:

Navigate to Taskbar > My Homeview > Homeview Launcher > Homeview (click on "Taskbar)

Widgets Toolbar:
The widget toolbar at the top of the workspace has options for selecting and arranging widgets and displaying up-to-date information in widgets.
You can add and remove widgets from the myEvolv Homeview to customize your view and for easy access to your workflows.
Note: Your role and permissions determine the widgets available to you.
Select the myEvolv icon in the top left corner of the screen.
In the toolbar at the top of the Homeview, select Widgets.
Select the check box for each widget to display on the Homeview.
Select Save.
Select OK.
Select Widgets to close the widget list.
Add a Widget:
You can add and remove widgets from the myEvolv Homeview to customize your view and for easy access to your workflows.
Note: Your role and permissions determine the widgets available to you.
Select the myEvolv icon in the top left corner of the screen.
In the toolbar at the top of the Homeview, select Widgets.
Select the check box for each widget to display on the Homeview.
Select Save.
Select OK.
Select Widgets to close the widget list.
Refresh a Widget
Access your tasks and other important information in widgets on the Homeview. You can refresh the widgets to view up-to-date information.
Change the Widget layout
You can customize the widget layout by moving and resizing widgets to change how they display on the workspace.
Move a widget
Go to: Taskbar > My Homeview > Homeview Launcher > Homeview.
Place your cursor over the widget header.
Result: The move arrow displays.
Click and drag the widget to the desired location.
Select Save.
Resize a widget
Go to: Taskbar > My Homeview > Homeview Launcher > Homeview.
Place your cursor over the widget.
Result: The resize arrow displays in the bottom right corner.
Click and drag your cursor until the widget is the desired size.
Select Save
Widget options
In the widget header:
Select the funnel icon to specify filters for finding information within the widget.
Select the minimize icon to minimize the widget to show just the widget header and the number of pages. The minimize icon changes to a restore icon you can select to see the widget items.
Select the arrows icon to refresh information in the widget to show the most recent updates in the system.
Select the x icon to remove the widget from the Homeview. This clears the widget
selection in the widget list.

*Batches Not Sent
| This widget shows claim batches not sent.
In this widget:
Note: The Batches Not Sent widget is the myEvolv NX equivalent of the Processed Batches Not Completed widget in myEvolv Classic. |
*Batches Requiring Action
| This widget shows batches that contain claims that require further action. These are claims that have no action specified or have an action that has not been performed. Claims in this widget have a denied, partially paid, overpaid, or payment withdrawn status. In a batch row:

*Batches With No Response
| This widget shows batches that contain claims without a response. A batch must be sent before it displays in this widget. Claims without a response might indicate:
Note: Use the 'Days in AR without action' setting to limit the batches displayed in this widget to batches where the number of days between the current date and the output created date is greater than the number of days specified by this setting. The default is 90 days. |
*Check Batches not Printed
| This widget shows all check batches that have not been printed. In this widget you can:

*Checks not Printed
| This widget shows checks where an AP check processing run has been completed but the checks have not been printed.

External Notifications
| This widget shows tasks from external notification events sent from solutions integrated with myEvolv. Tasks are listed according to completion status (past due or future) and include the due date. You must be given access to external notifications at Agency Setup > Other Setups > myEvolv Setup > myEvolv Setup. Release Consideration: As of the myEvolv NX 10.1.0075 release, only external notifications for the CareManager Patient Registry appear in this widget. |
*Group Notes to Complete
| This widget lists group events where you need to complete notes. Select the link in the Service column to enter notes for the group event and submit it for approval. Selecting the agency-specific setting 'Only Lock Group Events at Group Level' affects group services in the following ways:

**My Alerts | This widget shows your unread alerts. These may be system-generated alerts (such as workflow automated alerts) or alerts sent directly to you from another staff member. If you archive or read an alert, it no longer displays in this widget. |
*My Applicants | This widget shows family profiles flagged as applicants that you are assigned to as a worker or as a member of an associated workgroup. Select the link on the applicant name to open their record. |
My Batch Letters Jobs | This widget shows batch letter jobs that are queued for processing and lets you cancel a job. A batch letter is sent to multiple clients, such as a welcome letter for clients enrolled in a particular program. |
My Billing Authorizations | This widget shows billing authorizations entered for services provided to a client. Note: This widget is not applicable for service or payment authorizations. |
*My Clients | This widget shows clients directly assigned to you. Select the person icon or the client's name to view their personal information. Select the note icon to open the Client Information screen to see your tasks that are due for that client and to see a list of assessments and tests provided to the client. |
*My Clients By Facility/Unit | This widget shows all of your clients currently enrolled in inpatient and outpatient facilities. The widget lists all managing offices that are service facilities. Attendance facilities do not display in this widget. |
*My Family Cases | This widget shows family cases that are directly assigned to you and have an open status. |
My Foster Homes | This widget shows families who are foster homes with an 'open' status that are directly assigned to you. From this widget you can access certain aspects of the foster home chart. |
*My Groups | This widget shows details about groups with an 'open' status that are directly assigned to you. From this widget you can access certain aspects of the group chart. |
**My Custom Reports | This widget lists reports that you select as favorites in NX Custom Reporting. Select a link on the report name to open the report. |
My Pending Demographics Approvals | This widget shows updates to client demographics submitted in myHealthPointe Kiosk. This widget lists all clients who submitted updates to their demographic information that have been assigned to you to approve and reconcile with the client's record. |
*My Pending Referrals | This widget shows pending program referrals assigned to you as the worker of record. From this widget you can access the referral record and complete intake for the referral. Note: If a client has more than one pending referral, you can only perform intake on the first referral; for the second referral you would need to complete a program enrollment for the client. |
*My Print Bundles | This widget shows client print bundles with a 'processing' status and lets you cancel printing the bundle for a given client. |
*My Pending Referrals | This widget shows program referrals assigned to you as the worker of record. If a referral has a status of 'accepted', you can perform a client intake from this widget. |
My Resource Group Members | This widget shows resource family group members assigned to you as the worker of record. |
*My Routed Tasks | This widget shows tasks that have been assigned to you to route or complete. |
**My Saved Report Queries | This widget shows reports queries you set up and lets you run reports using those queries. |
**My Tasks
| This widget shows all tasks you are responsible for regarding a client, staff member, foster home, or family case. Tasks are divided into three sections: tasks due or scheduled for the current day, past due tasks, and future tasks. Select the task icon (box with a check mark) or the link in the Event Name column to open the form for completing a task. These tasks may have been assigned to you as part of a workflow or assigned to you by a staff member. |
*My Tasks Not Checked In | This widget shows all tasks that need to be checked in where you are the worker of record. From this widget you can complete or edit the task and select the event for completing the task. |
*My Timesheets | This widget shows your timesheets and lets you add, edit, and remove client services, staff (non-client) events, and time-off events from a timesheet and submit the timesheet for approval. |
*My Treatment Plans | This widget shows your treatment plans that require attention and indicates the treatment plan status. From this widget you can modify an existing plan, route a plan, start a new plan, and edit and delete scheduled treatment plan tasks. |
*Notes to Complete | This widget shows clients for whom you need to complete progress notes. Depending on your agency's processes, you may need to provide an electronic signature, route the note to other staff, or submit the note for supervisor approval. |
*Open Remittance | This widget shows all open remittances that have not yet been applied to claims. You can apply remittances to claims directly from this widget. |
Referral Applications Pending Approval | This widget shows all referral applications that require your approval. |
*Referrals Assigned to Me | This widget shows program referrals assigned to you as the responsible staff. You can perform an intake from here for clients accepted into a program. Note: This widget is only available in myEvolv CS. |
*Remittances Requiring Action
| This widget shows claims from a remittance perspective:

Note: Managing remittances from this widget helps accelerate cash flow and ensure the general ledger is updated in a timely manner. |
State Reporting Events to Complete | This widget displays clients with an active enrollment in a program that has a state reporting event associated with it and there is no event for that client in that program. |
State Reporting Unsent Batch Records | This widget shows batch records for state reporting programs that have not been sent. You can open a batch and generate a file that lists all records in the batch or only records with missing information. You also can reprocess a batch. |
Timesheets to Approve | For a supervisor, this widget shows all timesheets for their subordinates that have been submitted for approval. |
*Waiting Room
| This widget shows clients who have been checked in for an appointment and lists the appointment scheduled date and the check-in date and indicates if the check-in is complete. Depending on the type of client event, you can perform tasks such as create a general service note, document a service encounter, and administer an assessment. |
