Description

*Batches Not Sent

This widget shows claim batches not sent.

  • A batch not yet marked as 'sent' indicates the batch is not final.

  • Batches not sent could prevent Closing Month and Remittance processing. Managing these batches efficiently could potentially accelerate cash flow.

In this widget:

  • The Receiver column shows the billing run results of individual receiver batches.

  • The Batch Total column shows the total dollar amount of all claims in the batch, regardless if the claims are held.

Note: The Batches Not Sent widget is the myEvolv NX equivalent of the Processed Batches Not Completed widget in myEvolv Classic.

*Batches Requiring Action

This widget shows batches that contain claims that require further action. These are claims that have no action specified or have an action that has not been performed. Claims in this widget have a denied, partially paid, overpaid, or payment withdrawn status.

In a batch row:

  • Click the link in the Claims column to open the Billing Batch Claims Review window and select a claim.

  • Click the link in the Claims Req. Action column or any claim status column to open the myAR window and select a claim.

*Batches With No Response

This widget shows batches that contain claims without a response. A batch must be sent before it displays in this widget.

Claims without a response might indicate:

  • A remittance has been applied to the claims batch; however, some claims have not received a response to date. The batch still shows a Submitted status.

  • Batches containing claims with no remittance applied.

  • Batches that went out but are not yet remitted.

Note: Use the 'Days in AR without action' setting to limit the batches displayed in this widget to batches where the number of days between the current date and the output created date is greater than the number of days specified by this setting. The default is 90 days.

*Check Batches not Printed

This widget shows all check batches that have not been printed.

In this widget you can:

  • View a check run and renumber and print checks in a check run.

  • Renumber or print checks in a batch or view the Vendor Check report.

*Checks not Printed
