About scheduled tasks

You can enter information in a form in two ways, either as a manual event or as a scheduled task. Some forms provide both options.

A scheduled task is an event that can only occur at a future date. You can add a due date (that is, the latest date the event can occur), or a scheduled date (where the date and time is confirmed).

You can schedule a task manually, or myEvolv can automatically schedule a task.  All Scheduled Tasks will appear in the  Homeview My Tasks widget

Manually scheduled tasks

Some forms have Add New > Add Task buttons. Or you can go to Taskbar > Scheduled Tasks > Task List.

Automatically scheduled tasks

Some events are scheduled automatically by myEvolv based on certain criteria. For example, when a client intake is performed, myEvolv may automatically schedule an Intake Assessment to be completed in five days. myEvolv will add an event for that client.

Edit a scheduled task

  1. Go to Homeview My Tasks widget.
  2. In the task row, select the notepad icon (Edit Task).
  3. On the form, make changes to the task information.
  4. Select Save.

Cancel a scheduled task

  1. Go to Homeview My Tasks widget.
  2. In the task row, select the notepad icon (Edit Task).
  3. On the form, scroll down to Task Completion section.
