Discharging Programs in Bulk

• This article will give you instructions on how to discharge a program in bulk.
• Discharging in Bulk will end the program enrollment but will not end:
  • The Agency enrollment if the program is the last active program for the client
  • The Facility Placement
  • The worker assignment

Instructions:

Crumb Trail: Agency Setup > Agency > Agency > Client Program Discharge

Complete the required fields: 

1. Link to Program 
2. Discharge Date
3. Discharge Type
4. Reason for Ending

Then select Preview
    

To Discharge all clients from the program select the Box at the top "Program Name". To select certain Clients check the box for the client.

Then select "Process" 

 NOTE:  Once discharged from the program, if the client is no longer active with any other program, the Agency Placement must be discharged.                                                                                                                 Due to a glitch in Evolv you CANNOT select the Program Name to discharge all without getting an error. Please do smaller batches at a time.  

Message - Continue with discharging these client program enrollments - select ok to confirm

Message - # of Client Program Enrollments Discharged: - select ok to confirm

NOTE:  Once discharged, if the client is no longer active with any other program, the Agency Placement must be discharged.
