KPI Login Instructions

KPI Login instructions. 

1.       Use this link to access your login page to KPI Dashboards - https://carepathways.netsmartcloud.com/account/login/6A32443C

a.      Recommendation:  bookmark this or place the link somewhere you can access easily. Google Chrome is the preferred browser.

2.      Select the “Login"

3.      Enter your email for the Username

4.      Select Login and it will launch out to your SSO (NIAM). Follow your normal login process for that SSO (NIAM)

5.      Once you sign into your SSO (NIAM), the KPI Dashboards app will show a “Opening the app…” in the middle of your screen

6.      Once the app opens, the screen below is what you should see:

a.      In the top right area of your screen in a blue bar, it should populate your username as well as your agency name in the top left below that blue bar.

7.      If you get to this step, you have logged in successfully and able to use KPI Dashboards!
