myHP eSignature

The portal now allows for electronically signed documents to be captured and saved to both the patient and provider portals. Providers are able to manually upload documents to the department library and distribute to the organization or subgroups. Additionally, individual documents can be uploaded to a patient’s page to be signed only by the individual patient. This feature also enables documents to be shared that do not require signature to be distributed to the whole department, subgroups, or individuals.
